TARCO APPOINTS A CONTROLLER FOR ITS ROOFING UNDERLAYMENTS BUSINESS

Bartholmey Brings Extensive Experience with Financial Planning and Process Improvement

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS – Tarco today announced that Jay Bartholmey has joined the company as Controller. In this assignment, he will have functional responsibility for ensuring that transactional processes are accurate and efficient. He will report to Tim Mines, Vice President of Finance.

Previously, Bartholmey was the controller for Drive Clean LLC. In that role he was responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis and a number of special projects that not only improved the company’s internal processes but also helped management address key business issues.

He also has had extensive accounting, financial planning & analysis and process improvement experience at Fidelity Information Services (formerly Alltel Information Services), Morgan Stanley and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Bartholmey is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
