Phil Fratesi to Expand Tarco Sales in East

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS – Tarco today announced the appointment of Phil Fratesi as Eastern Regional Sales Manager.

Phil joins Tarco from Polyglass USA where as Eastern Regional Manager; he was responsible for a territory that stretched the entire East Coast from the state of Maine through the state of Florida. Prior to this assignment, Phil held positions of increasing responsibility with Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and Vantage Products Corporation. He brings with him an extensive background in self-adhering modified bituminous roofing sales. All of Phil’s prior sales positions involved working with and managing independent sales representatives.

Phil is a graduate of Georgia Tech where he earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. He and his family will continue to live in the Atlanta, Georgia area where they currently reside.
