FRESHWATER JOINS TARCO AS VP OF MANUFACTURING

Major Hire Facilitates Key Initiatives, Says Ratcliff

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS – Tarco today announced that Gus Freshwater has joined Tarco as Vice President of Manufacturing. In this position, he will be responsible for Tarco's three manufacturing facilities as well as materials management.

Tarco has manufacturing facilities in North Little Rock, Arkansas; Belton, Texas; and Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Freshwater is a 30-year veteran of the roofing industry and has an impressive track record in constructing, starting-up, and managing roofing facilities. He was a key member of the senior management team that built Elk Corporation. Most recently Gus was Vice President, Operations, West for GAF/ELK with responsibility for nine steep and low slope operating facilities including shingle, roll and TPO operations. In addition, he managed GAF/ELK's bulk materials purchasing group in Wayne, NJ.

Gus received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a MBA from Texas A&M University. He and his wife will continue to live in Dallas, Texas where they currently reside.
