LeakBarrier Door and Window Tape is designed for use as an moisture and air barrier and is ideal for sealing around window and door penetrations, corner boards, wall tie-ins, sheathing panel seams, under masonry and stucco and other detail areas.

LeakBarrier EasyBase is a premium, SBS modified, glass fiber reinforced, self-adhesive modified bituminous base sheet for use in most low slope and steep slope roof system applications. Fast90 Self-Adhering Tile Underlayment
LeakBarrier Fast90 Self-Adhering Tile Underlayment consists of a premium quality organic mat, impregnated with asphalt saturant, then coated with a high-grade weathering asphalt and a ceramic granular surface to protect against UV, weathering and physical damage. It has a self-adhering compound on the bottom side and on the side lap seam, utilizing a high adhesive SBS modified asphalt protected by a poly film release liner for easy installation.

MS300 Ice and Water Armor is a granular surfaced self-adhering sheet designed to protect the deck or interior of a building from ice damming and wind-driven rain. Ice damming is generally caused by excessive snow combined with fluctuating temperatures and improper ventilation/insulation systems. The snow melts and runs down to the edge of a roof, where it collects and refreezes. This allows water to be caught and back up beneath your shingles. Wind-driven rain can force its way under roofing as well.
The products are equally effective in critical roofing areas such as valleys, ridges, coping joints skylights, chimneys, vent stacks, dormers, low-slope sections and roof-to-wall intersections.
NR500HT is a premium, nonreinforced roofing underlayment comprising specially formulated rubberized asphaltic adhesive and surfaced with a high strength, multi-laminate polyolefinic film structure that is uniquely treated to provide enhanced skid resistance. The rubberized asphalt-based adhesive withstands high temperature conditions up to 250°F and self-seals around nails.
LeakBarrier PS 200HT Ice and Water Armor self-adhering underlayment composed of a high tack SBS modified asphalt reinforced with a glass fiber mat and protected by a split-back release film for easy installation. Fabric Surface allows for maximum walkability and cooler work surface, and is specifically designed for the demands of metal and tile roofing.
LeakBarrier® PS200MU Ice and Water Armor is a self-adhesive, glass fiber reinforced, modified bituminous roofing underlayment designed for use under metal roofing. Manufactured using a polyolefinic film on the upper side, this unique film laminate is non-abrasive and has anti-skid properties that provide good walkability. PS200MU is specially formulated for use in high temperature environments.
